dtxR generator
A part that constitutively generates the DtxR repressor.
Usage and Biology
The BBa_K486004 is a dtxR constitutive generator. This part is composed of:
- A promoter (BBa_J23108) from Anderson promoter collection.
- A ribosome binding site (BBa_B0034).
- A short spacer of 6bp (BBa_K2486024).
- dtxR gene (BBa_K2486005).
- A short spacer of 16bp (BBa_K2486024).
- A synthetic terminator (BBa_K2486006).
We built this part in order to constitutively produce the dtxR regulator for our synthetic promoter, the PdtxR wich is best described in parts (BBa_K2486023), (BBa_K2486014) and (BBa_K2486009).
