Our team used this transcription factor together with the Agrobacterium tumefaciens pPsiA or pPsiR promoters (BBa_K2448010 and BBa_K2448011) as well as with the pPsiTac1 synthetic promoter (BBa_K2448016) to build three Psicose biosensors (BBa_K2448025, BBa_K2448026 and BBa_K2448027).
