Constitutive N
The pTet promoter, in the absence of tet repressor, produces N transcripts. As the transcript now contains a terminator, the cell will translate the transcript into N protein. Because the construct does not contain any tetR producing elements, this construct will result in the maximum concentration of N protein production (per copy of the gene) in the cell.
