Applications of BBa_K2271016

Figure 1:PEX5 knock out strain, transformed with the R19 variant, mTurqouise tagged with the PTS1* P* and the PEX13 membrane anchor fused to mRuby.

The Pts1* works perfectly in combination with our Pex5 variant R19 as you see in the figure above.
