T7 promoter>RRE(Rev Response Element)
You can transport high molecular mRNA into cytoplasm if you can use this parts BBa_2403000. Rev protein binds to RRE(Rev Response Element).
This part contains the RRE (Rev Response Element) of HIV-1 along with a T7 promoter for RNA expression. Together with the HIV-1 Rev protein part (BBa_K2403000), it can be used to efficiently export target RNAs from the eukaryotic nucleus out into the cytoplasm. Details are summarized in this link.
