Pconst-RhlI-Pconst-RFP

This is the secretion part of warrior 1 in our project. RhlI makes the warrior 1 able to secrete the C4HSL to the medium and then enter the other cell and kill warrior 2/beggar 2/farmer 2. This can be realized by C4HSL binding to RhlR, activating the expression of LacI, and then LacI inhibiting the expression of CmR, making the warrior 2/beggar 2/farmer 2 unable to survive under the Chloramphenicol. Also, the RFP is used to distinguish between group 1 (containing warrior 1/beggar 1/farmer 1) and group2 (containing warrior 2/beggar 2/farmer 2). RFP represents group 1.
