The terminator is the nopaline synthase gene terminator, native to <i> Agrobacterium tumefaciens </i>. This construct in contained within the pGB-A2 plasmid. This construct contains the PDF1.2 promotor, and the TSHH coding sequence. This does not contain a terminator sequence.
This part is contained within the Phytobrick level 1 pGB-A2 plasmid.
The PDF1.2 promoter is induced by the plant hormone jasmonic acid.
