This part has been obtained by replacing the Shine Dalgarno sequence of E coli to that of Bacillus Subtilis, present in the RNA Thermometer[https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2379001#BBa_K2379001 BBa_K2379001](BBa_K2379001). The sequence was fed to RNA VIENNA FOLD and it was found that the structure of the RNA thermometer for Bacillus Subtilis was very similar to that of E Coli with nearly equal thermodynamic free energies.

This part has been obtained by replacing the Shine Dalgarno sequence of E coli to that of Bacillus Subtilis, present in the RNA ThermometerBBa_K2379001(BBa_K2379001). The sequence was fed to RNA VIENNA FOLD and it was found that the structure of the RNA thermometer for Bacillus Subtilis was very similar to that of E Coli with nearly equal thermodynamic free energies.
