B0032 + GFP split C-term

This is a composite of the GFP C-term split subunit (GFP2) K2442397 and the well characterised "weak" ribosome binding site B0032.
Usage and Biology
Despite the sequence error in the original K2442397 part, this composite was used for assembly of larger composite split-GFP AND-gate constructs.
