Applications of BBa_K1877011
The graph below shows that the TetR-GFP construct does produce GFP at an increased level compared to the control. In this experiment, we used E. coli without a plasmid as our control for testing fluorescence production per optical density 600. The level of fluorescences rose showing that TetR promoter produces more fluorescences then E. coli without a plasmid.
