PbrR generator expressed by GFP under control of general promoter (J23102)

PbrR is a Pb2+ binding protein. In addition to the PbrR generator with the PTet promoter(K1961004), we designed a PbrR generator (K1961005; also with GFP reporter) under control of general promoter(J23102).

We compared their GFP expressio to measure their PbrR generation.

We tested the survival of E.coli in tetracycline(TC). E. coli can survival in TC of 1000 ng/ml. In the following figure, it shows that GFP expression of autoregulation(BBa_K1961004) is slower than that with constitutive promoter(BBa_K1961005)
