toxin 5694 composite
This basic part is a CDS for toxin 5694 in our project. In our final construct, this gene is controlled by aTc, and we characterized this part by measuring the growth curve of E. coli induced by graded aTc. During the experiment, the gene does not have a RBS upstream to it, because evening choosing the weakest RBS (BBa_B0033) make it unable for us to get the right colony. This also provides an opportunity for future teams to characterize or improve or use this part.
