6249 antitoxin tet
This antitoxin belongs to ParD family. It can effectively neutralize the toxin ParE. We characterized this by measuring the growth curve co-expressing toxin and antitoxin.
This protein is induced by aTc. When studying the interaction between antitoxin and toxin, antitoxin is induced by IPTG.
