Applications of BBa_K733004
UCAS 2016
We are iGEM team from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. In this year's program, we used this part to build a kill-switch. The gene is induced by IPTG or aTc. When identifying interaction between toxin and antitoxin, toxin is induced by aTc.
Growth curve of E. coli expressing toxin EndoA
We also measured the growth curve of wild type E. coli harboring empty plasmids.
