Applications of BBa_K733004

UCAS 2016

We are iGEM team from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. In this year's program, we used this part to build a kill-switch. The gene is induced by IPTG or aTc. When identifying interaction between toxin and antitoxin, toxin is induced by aTc.
