In our project, the reporter gene indicate the strength of promoter. We use it in our validation circuit.

pR+B0032+RFP+B0015

This device is composed of induced promoter pR , cI (BBa_C0051), and a composite part J133000(BBa_J133000). RFP is employed as report gene. The pR promoter can be repressed by its inhibitor cI. The expression of RFP will decrease corresponding the increasing of inhibitor to indicate the switch’s expression level. This device is designed to construct K2120310(BBa_K2120310).
