Hsp70A-Rbc S2 promoter

The efficiency of Hsp70A-Rbc S2 promoter can be improved when environmental temperature is larger than 40℃. It means that the toxins express device will express more toxins in summer closed waters.The closed waters usually is larvae living place. The temperature in the open water will be much lower than this value. This decided would reduce the amount of pro-toxic protein present in the non-functioning waters. We tested the heat shock induced result by western blot and confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM). NEU-China help us to result by qPCR.
