The construct on which mNeonGreen-CT52 was planned to be tested was succesfully created on DNA level but due to time limitations this construct was not expressed. This means mNeonGreen has not been characterized yet.

Applications of BBa_K2065003

iGEM TU Eindhoven planned to use CT52-Caspase 9 on testing the effectivity of a homotetrameric T14-3-3 scaffold protein. Another use of CT52-Caspase 9 in our project was testing whether a T14-3-3 mediated kill switch could viable. In figure 1 a schematic representation of an measurement using CT52-Caspase 9 is depicted which could provide these results.
