Tetracycline sensor with medium-strength promoter
Tc -> EYFP
This biobrick is intended to report on the levels of Tetracycline inside a cell. It uses part J23114 (relative strength 256) to drive synthesis of tetR, which determines the sensitivity of the circuit. EYFP is produced for measurement. A transfer function is available in the experience section.
