Applications of BBa_K1913007
When an RBS library was added in front of the 434 cI repressor gene, colonies that contain part BBa_K1913006 (combining this part and BBa_K1913016) are found to color red. There is variation in the intensity of the red color, indicating that the RBS strength changed in the library has an effect on 434 cI protein levels, translating to downstream effects on promoters influenced by 434 cI repressor.
