J23109+B0032+tetR+B0015

J23109 is weak constitutive promoter，tetR is an inhibitor which is built to repress the activity of pTet promoter. We linked two elements by medium ribosome binding site(RBS) B0032 to build this device. The expression efficiency of tetR depends on the concentration of plasmid within limits. So, we want to control the promoter strength to influence the expression efficiency of inhibitor.
