Cry11Aa(Codon optimization)+Extended FMDV 2A+Cyt2(Codon optimization)
Cry10Aa and Cyt2 are protein from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt),which have toxicity to the larave of mosquito. We used 2A system to express two protein at the same time in Chlamydomonas reinhardti. These two proteins express at the same time can enhance the toxicity to the larvae of mosquito.
