Design Notes

First, it has no obvious tag for researchers to detect it directly, so we further add a 6xhis tag at its C terminus. Second, as the N terminus sequence may decide the membrane localization in different host cells, we used the C terminus sequence of GPCR RI7 and STE2 which were both reported to be successfully located to yeast membrane to replace the corresponding sequence of ADRB2.
