PETase enzyme after codon optimization for bacillus subtilis
This gene encodes thePETase enzyme. This protein can bind on thePET surface and degrade PET to MHET, which have higher efficiency than other cutinase. At first, this gene couldn’t fully express in bacillus subtilis. So we use codon optimizationfor bacillus subtilis for better expression and secretion.
