GFP-nanobody

The GFP-nanobody is PCR from Anti-GFP Nanobody with IgG kappa signal peptide and IgG1 Fc domain [K929102]. PCR GFPnanobody.jpg

This Part is added to Insertion Kit(K1648004), forming a new Part(K1648006), which is used to express GFP-nanobody on the membrane of magnetosome.

This Part were verified by double digestion (Fig. 2) and sequencing.
