Plac -rbs- Barnase -rbs- GFP -d.term

Barnase and GFP is co-expressed by IPTG induction. This is composite parts of BBa_K1631000 which is improvement of BBa_I76211.

If you use this part, you can estimated the expression level of barnase and evaluate its toxic activity correspond to its expression level.

Usage and Biology

We succeeded to control growth rate of E coli.

We induced this parts and [Plac -rbs- GFP -d.term] with 100μM IPTG. [Plac -rbs- GFP -d.term] is negative control. We measured OD600 of 3 samples for each condition.
