Applications of BBa_K082035

iGEM_Stockholm_2015

Method: E. coli transformed with BBa_K082035 were grown together with C. violaceum on normal agar plates without antibiotics. The bacteria were spread according to Figure below.

Results: The plates showed a slight violet color change shown in Figure below.
