Polyhedrin promoter + Mellitins signal Peptide

The biobrick contains the polyhedrin promoter from the baculovirus Autographa californica. After the promoter there is a secretion signal sequence of the protein Mellitin from the organism Abis mellifera (Honeybee) [1].
