Applications of BBa_K1859001

[iGEM gifu 2015] .

We attached this part[BBa_1859001] to 5 'sides of His-RFP without stop codon [BBa_K1332002] . Then, it was connected to each 5 'sides of [BBa_K1859004] and [BBa_K1859006] . In addition,Lacl [BBa_R0010] , RBS [BBa_B0034] and DT [BBa_B0015] was conbined with them, making [BBa_K1859027] and [BBa_K1859025] . [BBa_K1859027] is the generator that express long-chain protein with keeping functionality of the protein. [BBa_K1859025] is the generator to improve circular efficiency of mRNA including His-RFP.
