Design Notes
The sequence was synthesised, and amplified using High-Fidelity PCR. The PCR product was cut and ligated with pSB1C3.

The Spinach2 sequence comes from [http://www.nature.com/nmeth/journal/v10/n12/full/nmeth.2701.html Strack et al.]. This BioBrick is a modified version of Spinach2 that has been modified to remove an internal SpeI site. Spinach2.1 has been confirmed to function equally well as Spinach2.
