T7 promoter-RBS-RFP-T7 Terminator

T7 Promoter with a RBS (BBa_S04423), RFP (BBa_E1010) and a T7 terminator (BBa_B0016). Allows RFP to be transcribed and translated when T7 RNA polymerase is present in the cell.


This plasmid was used in a two plasmid system to detect estrogen in water.
