TetR generator (Promoter J23106 )

This is a TetR protein generator regulated by the constitutive promoter J23106.

The protein has a LVA tag for degradation.

Usage and Biology

It can be used as a constitutive generator of TetR to prove the function of a gene (or sequence) regulated by tet promoter.

Results

It is shown the effect of 4 different TetR generators on a mCherry gene (K1140003) that is down regulated by ptet. To the right side are listed the names of the generators.
