Modified rhlRI coding sequence from Pseudomonas aeruginosa SQ6

This part encodes both rhlR and rhlI. It is composited with BBa_K1331002 and BBa_K1331003.

Usage and Biology

The sequence we provide here includes both the coding sequence of rhlR, rhlI and the whole noncoding sequence between rhlR and rhlI.
