yenbox_J23101-B0032-GFP

This construct was created for characterising the quorum sensing system from Yersinia enterocolitica, the Yen system. yenbox_WT is one of the parts in the Yen system, a recognition region (homologous to the luxbox from the well known Lux system), fused with a wildtype promoter. When interaction between the activator BBa_K1381004 (B0034-YenR) and the yenbox occur, the expression level of the fused promoter is induced.
