Design Notes
This σX Generator was constructed by restricting-ligating to downstream of BBa_K880005 first and then subsequently to BBa_B0015 in pSB1C3.

iGEM 2014 Hong_Kong_HKUST Team has cloned σX from S. pneumoniae strain NCTC7465.
