UV Promoter with Phage Activator
This is a composite part that used as the input component for our 2-plasmid system. The input BioBrick consists of a promoter gene, in this case it is a SulA UV promoter, with an RBS, the PhiR73 Phage promoter, and a double Terminator. The composite part is flanked by an XhoI site and a EcoRI site. Between the UV promoter and the Phage activator there is a KpnI site that can be used as a way to cut the UV promoter out to swap in other promoters. Before the UV promoter there is a BioBrick prefix. There are start and stop codons flanking the Phage Promoter, along with a scar site. After the double Terminator there is a BioBrick suffix.
