Design Notes
The Anderson promoter will provide strong constitutive expression of the CBP4 gene in E. coli.
Source
Anderson promoter is that of part BBa_J23102. CBP4 is a naturally found coding sequence in Nicotiana tabacum.[1] This part was synthesized by BioBasic and was transferred into pSB1C3 using standard cloning procedures.
