[GFPmut3] inserted into [key3d]

This is an intermediate that aids in cloning via introducing a phenotype that allows for easy distinction between the parent and clone. The goal is build a construct similiar to J23009 with a longer hairpin loop (10 bases total). By inserting this in the BamHI and HindIII sites the successful subclones should be green (hence GFP), parent will be white. Conversely, when cutting out the GFPmut3 cassette and inserting the longer hairpin the successful clones will be white and the parent will still be green. This makes screening colonies much easier.
