This part couldn't be transformed and had bad sequencing results, inconsistent resistance,and bad gel results.We re-constructed this part by assembling two basic parts Ptet (BBa_R0040) and [lock3d] (BBa_J23032).Sequencing results suggested it was successfully assembled. A lot of quantitative results also validate its function. See BBa_K1087004
