anti-trpD sRNA
Usage and Biology
TrpD is anthranilate phosphoribosyltransferase Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 13032.
It is related catalysis from CHA (the intermediate of catalysis from glcose to L-DOPA) to Anthranilate.
This part is anti-trpD small RNA and it promote synthesis of L-DOPA from glucose prohibiting reaction from CHA to Anthranilate.
