Compared to OUC-China’s phosphate sensor part including the <i>phoB</i> promoter (Fig. 2), our phosphate sensor part shows a clearer result (Fig. 1) (<partinfo>BBa_K1139200</partinfo>, <partinfo>BBa_K1139201</partinfo>).

2. Result of our experiment
We improved this OUC-China’s phosphate sensor part including the phoB promoter, by amplifying the phoA promoter region of E. coli (MG1655) and ligating it upstream of GFP part (BBa_K1139201)

Compared to OUC-China’s phosphate sensor part including the phoB promoter (Fig. 2), our phosphate sensor part shows a clearer result (Fig. 1) (BBa_K1139200, BBa_K1139201).
