Applications of BBa_K1157015

We tested this circuit by transforming it in E. Coli DH5 alfa. We cultured the E. Coli in LB medium overnight, dilute until OD value=0.1, then added into ELISA plate reader for testing.(See testing protocol in NTU_Taida igem WIKI for details.)
