UNIQ1bb0fe3af2d87b43-partinfo-00000000-QINU UCL_PG expressed this biobrick in E.coli, 37C overnight in LB with Chloramphenicol. The culture is visibly fluorescence under blue light.

Further of that, we characterized the excitation and emission spectra of the expressed mKeima.
