Components and Characterization
K1031016 consists of NahR, Psal promoter, RBS B0034 and transcription factor CƖ. CƖ functions as a repressor of hybrid promoter. It is the repression node of the Band-pass Filter circuit (Fig 1). In order to fine-tune the expression level of transcriptional repressor, we adjusted the RBS (Ribosome Binding Site) intensity in front of CƖ. K1031016 adopts RBS B0034.
