Inducible N-Cadherin-2A-EYFP Generator (UAS-Gal4-N-Cadherin-2A-EYFP) MammoBlock Device

This MammoBlock composite device produces both the N-Cadherin cell-cell adhesion compound and the yellow fluorescent protein EYFP when induced with Gal4 transactivator variants and otherwise produces both proteins at a low, basal (OFF) level. This generator is particularly well suited to the engineering of cellular patterns given the combination of adhesion and fluorescent readout.
