Inducible Fluorescence/Repression Generator (UAS-Gal4-amCyan-miRFF4) MammoBlock Device

This MammoBlock composite device produces the cyan fluorescent protein amCyan-miRFF4 when induced with Gal4 transactivator variants and otherwise produces amCyan-miRFF4 at a low, basal (OFF) level. Note that the presence of the miRFF4 micro RNA tag on amCyan means this MammoBlock device also acts as a repressor.
