pSB1A2 with 1 amber mutation

pSB1A2 have a double mutation in the 80th serine (TCC->TAG) of the APr gene. This plasmid need a tRNA amber suppressor to express this gene. So in case of horizontal gene transfer in wild this gene won't be expressed and then the plasmid will be lost more easily.
