Auxin production device for expression in tadpole
We adapted the biobrick BBa_515100 made by the iGEM team imperial college 2011 for expression in eucaryotes using the golden gate assembly. For that we added a kozak sequence directly upstream of the coding sequences.

This device is ment for the co-expression of IaaH and IaaM gene in the same cell in tadpole. The creation of polysistronic mRNA in tadpole doesn't work very well. This is why the two proteins are fused with a self cleavable peptide domain Pep2A which allow the protein to be transcribed as a single peptide that is after cleaved in two different proteins that fold later on.

This part is used to produce auxin in tadpole as the emmitor device of our sythetic hormonal system. Have a look at our wiki to undersand how this system is supposed to work, clik here.

This part can be used in an oviparian plasmid such as pSC2+ (see K812000).
