A GoldenBricked version of sfGFP protein

sfGFP designed to fit the Golden brick assembly protocol as a reporter that we have used to test the Goldenbrick system. On top of this, the sfGFP belongs to the family of the famous GFP family of fluorescent reporters that fits any detection purpose.
