Luminesensor repressible LacIM generator
LacI mutant protein is placed under SulA408 promoter
SulA408 promoter (BBa_K819017) can be repressed by LexA408 protein or protein with LexA408 domain (e.g. the optimized Luminesensor constructed by Peking 2012 iGEM), without disturbance from endogenous LexA protein in E.coli.
LacI mutant from BBa_K395400 can repress lac promoter. So this part can work as a connection between two systems.
